Manzil Healthcare Services (MHCS), a leading home healthcare provider in the UAE, is currently seeking a compassionate and qualified Patient Care Coach / Health Educator to join its team in Al Ain. This full-time, on-site role is dedicated to guiding and empowering patients to better manage their health conditions through education, support, and continuous care coordination. The ideal candidate will be a healthcare professional passionate about patient advocacy, effective communication, and holistic care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Introduce the support program to physicians and communicate its value to both physicians and patients.

• Provide in-clinic support to healthcare professionals, including data entry and administrative assistance.

• Conduct regular physician visits to gather referrals and provide program updates.

• Educate patients about their condition, medications, and self-care practices.

• Ensure patients understand when and how to seek medical assistance.

• Offer empathetic support to ease patient challenges and ensure a smooth treatment journey.

• Handle administrative tasks, such as collecting patient and physician consents.

• Maintain clear communication with physicians, providing timely updates on patient progress.

• Keep detailed, accurate, and confidential patient records.

• Meet with patients regularly (in-person or via phone) to provide continuous education and encouragement.

• Ensure strict adherence to data privacy and confidentiality protocols.

• Report any adverse events, product quality issues, or perceived risks according to program guidelines.

• Generate and submit necessary reports.

• Train other healthcare professionals in support program protocols when required.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Care Coach or Health Educator.

• License: Must hold a valid UAE driving license or arrange for personal transportation.

Skills & Competencies:

• Proficient in both Arabic and English (verbal and written communication).

• Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills.

• Comfortable with technology, including computers and A/V equipment.

• Patient-focused mindset with a proactive and empathetic approach.

• Able to work flexibly and travel within the assigned territory.

• Adaptable, enthusiastic, and committed to continuous learning.
