Mediclinic Group is seeking a Patient Administration Manager to oversee patient and front office administration, ensuring accurate revenue cycle management, compliance, and high-quality patient services. This role is essential in managing the patient journey from referral to follow-up, minimizing financial risk, and ensuring smooth operational service delivery across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the administration team to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

• Oversee revenue cycle governance, ensuring compliance with regulatory, legislative, and internal standards.

• Provide guidance to front office, case management, and revenue cycle teams.

• Review PLP reports and engage stakeholders to monitor doctor performance.

• Manage patient-facing services to ensure optimal customer experience.

• Apply financial planning and budgeting principles to support hospital operations.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Healthcare, or Hospitality (essential).

• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of management experience in a similar role.

• Desired experience with revenue cycle management in healthcare.

• Background in patient service delivery is highly preferred.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong financial planning and budgeting expertise.

• Proficiency in MS Office and hospital information systems (SAP, HIS).

• Understanding of DRGs, case management, and hospital operations.

• Contract and SLA management experience.

• Risk management and compliance best practices.

• Ability to deliver complex patient/customer-focused services across multiple service points.
