Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging, hands-on pastry-making classes.

• Develop lesson plans, class materials, and practical demonstrations.

• Teach fundamental and advanced pastry techniques, from traditional recipes to modern trends.

• Evaluate students’ progress and provide constructive feedback.

• Maintain a professional, clean, and safe learning environment.

• Stay updated with industry trends and integrate them into teaching.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, preferably in a luxury kitchen or culinary institution.

• Background in training, mentoring, or coaching is a strong advantage.

• Culinary degree or professional pastry certification is preferred.

• Strong communication skills and an engaging teaching approach.

• Passion for the culinary arts and developing future industry talent.

• Availability to work full-time, on-site in Abu Dhabi (5 days a week).
