Volkswagen Group Middle East is seeking a Parts & Supply Chain Director to lead its Aftersales Division. This role focuses on parts distribution, supply chain optimization, and logistics management to maximize profitability while ensuring efficient service levels for the dealer network. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and expertise in regulatory compliance across the GCC and Levant markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Parts Distribution Centre and logistics providers.
• Steer logistics costs to maximize aftersales profitability.
• Lead contract negotiations with service providers to ensure cost efficiency and high service standards.
• Implement Accident Management strategies to boost customer retention and dealer profitability.
• Develop additional parts sales via aftermarket strategies.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with GCC and Levant market regulations.
• Support Brand Aftersales Teams with data-driven insights and business case validation.
• Represent Volkswagen Group in regulatory meetings with government bodies.
• Drive adoption of Volkswagen Group technologies, such as electrification and sustainable mobility solutions.
• Manage and enhance Business Intelligence tools for parts performance tracking.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Automotive, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in the parts and supply chain industry, with at least 5 years in wholesale distribution and 2 years in team management.
• Expertise in dealership operations, inventory control, and logistics cost management.
• Strong strategic thinking and leadership abilities.
• Professional presentation and communication skills at top management levels.
• Additional qualifications in Business Management or Marketing are a plus.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
