Job Title: Parts Sales Representative 

Job Description:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Parts Sales Representative to support our growing operations in Dubai. In this role, you will assist walk-in customers, handle parts enquiries, and ensure accurate, efficient, and professional service. You will also play a key role in promoting genuine parts, add-ons, and special offers to enhance customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

This position reports directly to the Parts Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist walk-in customers in identifying and selecting the right parts, add-ons, and related accessories

• Respond to customer enquiries and determine accurate part numbers using electronic parts catalogues (EPC)

• Educate customers on the benefits of genuine parts and advise on related part replacements

• Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, returns, warranties, and discounts in line with company procedures

• Monitor and follow up on back-orders, ensuring timely updates and delivery commitments are met

• Support field parts sales teams and service workshops with accurate quotations and order processing

• Implement and maintain effective parts department processes to maximize customer satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification

• Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive or equipment spare parts (preferably heavy vehicles, industrial products, or construction equipment)

• Familiarity with SAP or similar online systems (preferred)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach

• Ability to develop positive, long-lasting customer relationships

• Cross-cultural sensitivity and teamwork mindset

• Fast learner with a continuous improvement attitude
