We are seeking a Partnerships Representative to join our team on a part-time basis in Dubai. The ideal candidate will represent UX Boğa at fintech expos, networking events, and conferences, actively generating business opportunities while nurturing client relationships. This role is ideal for confident, self-driven professionals with a strong network and a flair for strategic relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent UX Boğa at fintech expos, conferences, and industry networking events in Dubai and the region.

• Approach potential clients, introduce company services, and communicate the value proposition.

• Generate qualified leads and follow up to convert them into clients.

• Maintain and nurture existing client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with brand positioning.

• Provide event feedback, lead reports, and market insights to management.

Requirements:

• Based in Dubai, UAE, with availability for in-person events.

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relations, preferably in fintech, marketing, or financial services.

• Excellent communication and networking skills (English and Arabic preferred).

• Confident, outgoing, and able to build rapport quickly.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.

• Familiarity with fintech industry trends and events is a plus.
