Cisco is looking for a Partner Business Development Specialist (PBDS) to drive Cisco’s Cloud and AI Infrastructure (CAI) portfolio in the Middle East & Africa (MEA) region. The role involves collaborating with partners, building business strategies, and driving new opportunities related to Compute, Data Center Networking, and AI solutions. The PBDS will work closely with Cisco’s internal teams and partner executives to enhance partner competencies and execute growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

🤝 Partner Relationship Management – Collaborate with Partner Account Managers to develop and maintain relationships with strategic partners.
📈 Business Development – Drive new business and grow revenue by executing comprehensive business plans for Cisco’s CAI portfolio.
🌐 Executive Engagement – Lead high-level engagements with partners, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Executive Business Conferences (EBCs).
💼 Strategic Planning – Develop key business initiatives, including sales training, pipeline development, and opportunity identification.
🔧 Solution Expertise – Articulate and promote Cisco’s Cloud and AI architecture solutions to CxOs, combining technical and business perspectives.

Skills & Experience Required:

🎓 Qualifications – Bachelor’s degree in IT/Management and 8+ years of experience in sales/business development.
💡 Expertise – Knowledge of Compute, Data Center Networking, and AI solutions; Cloud/AI/GenAI certifications are a plus.
🌍 Market & Partner Knowledge – Experience in the AI market landscape and working with partners in data center architecture.
🗣 Communication Skills – Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with executive presence.
📊 Analytical Skills – Ability to structure problem statements and identify innovative solutions.
🌐 Language Skills – Fluency in Arabic is preferred.
