Easygenerator, a leading Dutch EdTech company, is seeking a Partner Acquisition Specialist to join their hybrid team in Dubai. This full-time role focuses on identifying, engaging, and closing partnerships that drive growth. The position offers hands-on experience with AI-powered tools, exposure to a global team, and opportunities for career progression within SaaS sales.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential partners, guiding them through the sales process to successful closure.

Build relationships with key decision-makers to understand needs, budgets, and project timelines.

Maintain active engagement with leads through LinkedIn, email, phone calls, and demos.

Create and prioritize strategic target account lists within assigned territories.

Conduct product demos, highlighting value and tailoring presentations to partner needs.

Draft quotations, negotiate contract terms, and handle objections.

Nurture prospects throughout multiple sales processes simultaneously.
Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in a business-related field.

Minimum 1 year of business development experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.

Excellent command of English (spoken and written).

Strong communication, listening, multitasking, and time-management skills.

High energy, positive attitude, persistence, and ability to take initiative.

Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
