Key Responsibilities

• Screen guests and inspect bags for safety compliance

• Control stadium access by verifying tickets and credentials

• Manage crowd behavior during events and assist in emergencies

• Provide excellent customer service and guest direction

• Work evening and weekend shifts, including some holidays

Requirements

• Must be able to remain calm and react effectively in emergencies

• Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays

• Ability to stand for extended periods and move quickly when necessary

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

• High school diploma or GED

• Verifiable work history and reliable transportation

• Must pass background check and drug screening

• Must meet local/state licensing requirements

• NJ State Security SORA license required (for U.S.-based applicants)
