Kaspr, a modern bookkeeping and tax compliance firm founded by Big Four professionals, is seeking a Part-Time Restaurant Bookkeeper based in the UAE. This contract-based remote opportunity is ideal for candidates with hands-on bookkeeping experience in the F&B or retail sector.

You’ll begin with a paid trial managing the books for one Dubai-based restaurant. Upon successful completion, you’ll expand to handle two additional outlets, with a clear growth path toward more clients and potential full-time employment. The role requires occasional on-site visits for receipt and POS checks, as well as UAE VAT filings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Code and record daily POS and bank transactions

• Reconcile accounts; prepare monthly profit & loss and balance sheet reports

• Prepare data for quarterly VAT returns and assist with annual corporate tax filings

• Ensure accuracy and clarity in all communications

• Meet strict deadlines and maintain data integrity

Job Requirements:

• Proven bookkeeping experience in restaurants or retail (UAE experience preferred)

• In-depth knowledge of UAE VAT rules and return procedures

• Proficiency in Xero, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software

• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail

• Based in the UAE, with flexibility for occasional in-person tasks

• Bonus: Experience managing finances for multiple UAE F&B locations
