Job Title: Part-Time Process Improvement Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Process Improvement Assistant to support our operational excellence initiatives. In this hybrid role (approx. 20–25 hours per week), you will work closely with the Process Improvement Manager to analyse workflows, identify inefficiencies, and help implement strategies that boost productivity and quality across the organization.

This is an excellent opportunity for university students or entry-level professionals with a keen interest in process optimization and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Analysis & Evaluation

• Assist in documenting and reviewing operational processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks

• Analyse performance data and process metrics to recommend improvements

• Conduct process mapping and root cause analysis to pinpoint key issues

Process Improvement Strategy

• Support the development and execution of strategies that align with organizational goals

• Recommend process changes aimed at increasing efficiency, reducing waste, and improving quality

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with department heads and team leaders to understand operational challenges and improvement opportunities

• Collaborate with teams to implement changes, ensuring smooth adoption and execution

Qualifications & Skills:

• Entry-level position – no prior work experience required

• Educational background or personal knowledge in process improvement concepts

• University students are encouraged to apply

• Must have own visa to be eligible

• Computer Skills: Odoo (preferred), Advanced MS Office proficiency

• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and collaboration skills
