Vysta Paid Media Group is seeking a highly organized and reliable Part-Time Personal Assistant to provide day-to-day personal support. This is a remote role, requiring around 4 hours of work per day aligned with Dubai business hours. The ideal candidate will assist with personal scheduling, research, and general administrative support while ensuring efficiency and professionalism.
Responsibilities:

Organize and manage personal schedules and reminders.

Assist with online research, bookings (flights, reservations, etc.), and errands.

Coordinate appointments and tasks as needed.

Provide reliable support for general personal and administrative tasks.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
Skills & Requirements:

Strong communication skills in English.

Trustworthy, dependable, and detail-oriented.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

A stable internet connection is essential.

Previous experience as a Personal Assistant preferred (minimum 5 years of relevant experience).

Ability to work 4 hours per day, with flexibility but overlap required with Dubai timezone.
Compensation: $800 – $1000 per month
