Justlife, a leading home services super app in the GCC, is seeking an experienced Part Time Grooming Trainer to join their Quality department. This role focuses on delivering professional, hands-on training sessions in grooming services and ensuring trainees are well-prepared for customer-facing roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions on grooming services including waxing, threading, basic hair care, hair & beard trimming, manicure & pedicure, and hygiene.

• Develop engaging training content tailored to practical field needs.

• Monitor and evaluate trainee skill development and readiness.

• Collaborate with teams to align training with company standards.

• Provide a safe and positive learning environment.

• Maintain detailed records of trainee progress.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in grooming or beauty services, preferably with training experience.

• Certification in cosmetology, beauty therapy, or grooming specialties.

• Excellent English communication and presentation skills; regional languages a plus.

• Patient, approachable, and skilled in coaching diverse groups.

• Availability for part-time hours, including some weekends.
