Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Support: Handle inquiries and provide exceptional service to our online customers.

• Social Media Management: Assist in managing and posting content across various social media platforms.

• Website Management: Support basic website tasks such as uploading product information and updating content.

• Logistics Coordination: Help coordinate the logistics and delivery process for customer orders.

Requirements:

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of the Italian language is required.

• Strong computer skills and familiarity with social media platforms.

• Dynamic, organized, and proactive with the ability to multitask efficiently.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Degree holders preferred.

• Must be currently residing in Dubai with a valid work visa.

• Having own transportation is preferred.

• Age requirement: 20–50 years.
