Position Title: Paralegal – QSR

About the Client:
Join a globally recognized international fast food brand as a Paralegal, supporting their legal operations across vendor contracts, corporate governance, and franchise compliance within the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

📄 Contract Management

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and third parties.

📚 Legal Research & Compliance

• Conduct legal research on topics such as food safety laws, labor regulations, and franchise operations.

🏛️ Corporate Governance

• Assist with board materials, shareholder communications, and internal corporate legal requirements.

⚖️ Risk Management

• Support the design and implementation of frameworks to identify and manage legal risks across the organization.

Candidate Requirements:

• Nationality: Open to Arabic Nationals

• Age Limit: 40 years and below

• Education: Certificate or Degree in Law or Legal Studies

• Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years as a Paralegal

  • Preferred background in QSR or food service industry

• Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of contract, labor, franchise, and corporate law

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and risk analysis abilities
