Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, analyze, and research contracts.

• Provide paralegal support in commercial and maritime law matters.

• Assist with international commercial transactions.

• Conduct legal research using specialized databases.

• Maintain and organize legal documents and records.

• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Law graduate from a recognized common law jurisdiction (UK, Australia, Canada, India, or equivalent).

• Minimum 1 year of experience in contract law, including drafting, review, and analysis.

• Strong understanding of contract principles and commercial law.

• IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite, Excel/Google Sheets, Adobe Acrobat, and document management systems.

• Excellent analytical, research, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently with high attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in maritime law (strongly preferred).

• Previous paralegal experience in commercial law firms.

• Exposure to international commercial transactions.

Working Arrangements:
