Worldpanel by Kantar is seeking a Panel Management Executive to join its growing team in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for the recruitment, onboarding, training, and engagement of panelists, ensuring a high-quality and representative panel. This role is key to maintaining data accuracy and enhancing panelist experience and participation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit new panelists from various sources (online platforms, referrals, face-to-face).

• Provide onboarding and comprehensive training for new panelists.

• Replace dropouts to maintain panel robustness.

• Monitor and support panelist participation during the first month.

• Maintain consistent communication with panelists to resolve concerns.

• Collaborate with the Recruitment Project Manager for daily updates.

• Use the Global Panel Management (GPM) tool to track and document activity.

• Perform quality assurance checks using panelist report card tools.

• Ensure accurate demographic data and GPS tracking during onboarding.

• Facilitate smooth handover to permanent Panel Management Executive.

• Monitor panel demographics to meet recruitment targets.

Requirements:

Experience & Skills:

• Background in CATI, helpdesk, or fieldwork.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently with self-motivation.

• Vernacular language proficiency is a plus.
