This full-time, on-site role involves preparing, mixing, and applying paints to a variety of surfaces for both interior and exterior projects, ensuring high-quality finishes and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and priming.

• Mix paints and select appropriate colors and coatings for projects.

• Apply paint using brush, roller, and spray techniques on interior and exterior surfaces.

• Decorate and finish surfaces according to project specifications and quality standards.

• Follow safety guidelines and maintain equipment properly.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Knowledge of paints, coatings, and spray painting techniques.

• Skills in painting and decorating for commercial and residential projects.

• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality finishes.

• Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a team.

• Willingness to work on-site in Dubai.

• Previous experience as a painter is preferred.

• Ability to follow safety protocols and maintenance guidelines.
