Beach Rotana is seeking a skilled Painter with a passion for maintenance and aesthetics. This full-time, on-site role involves maintaining and repairing decorative surfaces in the hotel, including painting, wallpapering, and woodwork finishing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and decorate ceilings, walls, and woodwork (doors, windows, skirting, etc.).

• Strip and prep walls for wallpaper application.

• Repair and maintain existing wall coverings and finishes.

• Follow preventive maintenance schedules as directed.

• Ensure all tasks comply with hotel standards and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Technical studies or equivalent certification in painting or decoration.

• Previous experience in a similar maintenance/painting role, ideally in hospitality.

• Physically fit with a proactive and reliable attitude.

• Good command of English and the ability to identify and rectify faults.
