the ENTERTAINER is seeking an experienced and data-driven Paid Media Manager to lead global paid media efforts across key platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat. In this full-time role, you will manage a team of Paid Media Coordinators, execute performance-driven campaigns, and focus on driving measurable results across the UAE, GCC, and Singapore markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Paid Media Coordinators to deliver high-performance, full-funnel paid campaigns.

  • Own and execute the global paid media strategy, aligning with broader growth and marketing objectives.

  • Plan and launch campaigns in multiple markets, including the UAE, GCC, and Singapore.

  • Manage media budgets, forecasting spend and key performance indicators (CPA, ROAS, CTR).

  • Set up, optimise, and scale paid campaigns using Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and YouTube.

  • Use analytics tools (Singular, Google Analytics, Meta reporting tools) to monitor performance and optimise campaigns.

  • Collaborate with Strategy, Creative, CRM, and Product teams for consistent campaign messaging.

  • Work closely with creative teams to develop high-converting ad creatives across various formats (video, static, carousel, etc.).

  • Build and deliver performance reports and dashboards, backed by data-driven insights.

  • Experiment with new platforms, formats, bidding strategies, and audience targeting for better performance.

  • Ensure campaigns are executed on time, within budget, and meet forecasted KPIs.

  • Align paid media strategies with audience segmentation and lifecycle marketing initiatives with the Data and CRM teams.

  • Lead conversations with platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat.

  • Stay up-to-date with trends in paid media, platform updates, and the competitive landscape.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 6 years of hands-on experience in managing paid media campaigns, including 2+ years in a leadership role.

  • Proven experience running multi-market campaigns, optimising them with local insights and consumer behaviour.

  • Expertise in ad buying and platform tools such as Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads, YouTube.

  • Familiarity with attribution/analytics platforms like Singular or similar is a plus.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.

  • High proficiency in campaign tracking, conversion tracking, and audience segmentation.

  • Experience managing large media budgets and forecasting performance.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to collaborate effectively across teams.

  • Highly organised and capable of managing multiple campaigns and stakeholders across markets.

  • Fluent in English (Arabic or other language skills are a plus).
