MVP LAB Concept Sport, a premium sports destination in Dubai, is hiring a Padel Coach to join its dynamic team. The role involves delivering professional coaching sessions, supporting the MVP Padel Academy, participating in tournaments, and fostering a strong sporting community. Responsibilities:

• Provide private padel coaching sessions tailored to individual player goals.

• Contribute to the MVP Padel Academy, focusing on player training and development.

• Participate in tournaments, events, and community padel activities.

• Represent MVP as a brand ambassador, motivating and inspiring players.

• Support members by fostering a positive and engaging sports culture.

Work Schedule:

• 9 hours per day (including 1-hour break).

• 6 days per week.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Certified Padel Coach (or Tennis Coach with Padel specialization).

• Strong communication and teaching abilities.

• Dynamic, passionate, and able to motivate players.

• Experience with international clients is an advantage.

• Fluent in English; knowledge of Spanish or French is a plus.
