Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Packaging & Quality Control Associate to join our operations team. This role is vital to ensuring that all products are properly packed, quality-checked, and ready for shipment. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, a team player, and committed to maintaining high standards in packaging and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Packaging: Label, seal, and pack products according to company standards, ensuring items are secure and protected for transportation.

• Quality Control: Perform visual inspections to detect defects or damages and report any issues to the supervisor promptly.

• Inventory Management: Monitor packaging material levels such as boxes, tape, and labels; alert supervisors when stocks run low.

• Cleanliness & Organization: Keep the packaging area clean, orderly, and free of clutter. Properly dispose of waste and leftover materials.

• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with production team members to meet daily packing targets and maintain efficient workflows.

• Safety Compliance: Follow safety procedures at all times and report any safety hazards or incidents.

• Efficiency Improvement: Suggest ideas for improving packing speed, reducing waste, and optimizing the overall packing process.

Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Prior experience in a packaging or warehouse environment preferred.

• Excellent attention to detail and quality assurance.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Basic computer literacy for tracking inventory and reporting issues.
