Job Title: Packaging Associate

Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Packaging Associate to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that products are carefully packaged according to company standards while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in packaging products by labeling, sealing, and securing items to prevent damage during transit.

• Conduct visual quality inspections to detect defects or discrepancies and report issues promptly to supervisors.

• Monitor inventory levels of packaging materials like boxes, tape, and labels, and notify supervisors when restocking is needed.

• Maintain a clean, organized packing area by disposing of waste and packaging materials properly.

• Collaborate closely with the production team to meet daily packing targets and maintain smooth workflow.

• Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment and report any safety concerns immediately.

• Suggest improvements to packing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce material waste.

Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Prior experience in packing or warehouse roles is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

• Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management.
