Job Overview

A global leader in industrial gases, Air Products, is seeking a Package Gas Distribution Scheduler to oversee daily delivery operations, driver coordination, and compliance with UAE regulations. The role demands strong logistics expertise, knowledge of dangerous goods (DG) shipments, and experience in UAE road networks.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Logistics & Delivery Coordination

• Plan and schedule daily cylinder deliveries based on customer demand.

• Manage drivers to ensure safe and timely deliveries.

• Track transportation routes and optimize scheduling to reduce costs.

• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers.

• Maintain accurate shipment, inventory, and delivery records.

✅ Regulatory Compliance & Safety

• Monitor driver performance, KPIs, and compliance with UAE transport regulations.

• Ensure adherence to DG shipping regulations, SIRA, MOFA, Dubai Municipality, and Dubai Chamber approvals.

• Track and renew vehicle registrations, EHS, and DCD permits.

• Report and monitor safety incidents in transportation and warehouse operations.

✅ Warehouse & Inventory Management

• Support warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching inventory.

• Conduct stock checks and manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.

• Assist in organizing warehouse space for efficient and safe inventory storage.

Eligibility Criteria

✔ Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics, scheduling, or supply chain roles.
✔ Valid UAE driver’s license and in-depth knowledge of UAE roads.
✔ Experience with logistics management systems (SAP, Oracle, or ERP systems).
✔ Knowledge of DG shipments (Compressed Gas/Cryogenic Liquids) and UAE shipping regulations.
✔ Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
✔ Must be currently based in the UAE.
