Hilti Emirates is offering a fast-tracked, 2-year Global Management Development Program designed to prepare ambitious professionals for international leadership careers in finance. This program provides full responsibility from day one, along with mentorship, global exposure, and strategic project assignments. Candidates will have the opportunity to work with senior management, attend global summits, and take part in transformational learning experiences.

📌 Finance Track – Option 1
🔹 3-6 months in Accounting & Shared Services (home country/region)

🔹 6 months in an international project assignment

Eligibility Criteria:
✅ Master’s degree (minimum) in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related fields (Graduation in 2025 also accepted)
✅ 3 months – 3 years of work experience
✅ Fluent in English & at least one other language
✅ International exposure through work, studies, or internships
✅ Affinity with the Middle East, Turkey, or Africa (education, work experience, or birth)
✅ Globally mobile, adaptable, and eager for intercultural experiences
✅ Strong leadership, communication & teamwork skills
