Guildhall is hiring a Senior OTC Broker for a leading investment firm in Dubai specializing in blockchain, cryptocurrency, and digital asset trading. This role is ideal for an experienced trading professional with a strong OTC desk background and an established network of global crypto clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute high-value OTC trades in cryptocurrency and digital asset markets.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships with hedge funds, VCs, and institutional investors.

• Analyze market trends, identify trading opportunities, and develop strategies to optimize trading performance.

• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance OTC desk efficiency and scalability.

• Stay updated on crypto market regulations, risk management, and emerging trading technologies.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in OTC trading or financial markets.

• Proven success in executing trades across crypto and traditional financial products.

• Strong network with institutional and high-net-worth clients in the digital asset space.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.

• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
