Are you an experienced organisational design professional with a passion for driving large-scale transformation? We are looking for a strategic Organisational Design & Transformation Consultant to provide expert advisory services to government entities in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Organisational Transformation: Design and implement modern organisational structures and operating models that enhance efficiency and agility.
  • Strategic Advisory: Provide expert consultancy to government leaders on best practices in organisational design and transformation.
  • Modernisation & Change Management: Support government entities in adopting innovative working methodologies and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful implementation of transformation initiatives.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Conduct comprehensive organisational assessments, analyse key performance data, and develop tailored solutions for government bodies.
