Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Organisational Design Expert to provide strategic consultancy and advisory services to government entities in Abu Dhabi. In this critical role, you will lead transformational initiatives, modernizing structures and processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement innovative organizational structures and operating models.
• Provide expert consultancy to government leaders on organizational design principles.
• Support government entities in adopting modern ways of working.
• Engage with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for transformation projects.
• Conduct organizational assessments, analyze data, and develop tailored solutions.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in organizational design and transformation.
• Strong background in consulting or in-house transformation roles within large organizations.
• Expertise in modern organizational design methodologies.
• Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
