Hilton’s luxury brand LXR Hotels & Resorts is opening its new property, Eastern Mangroves Abu Dhabi, and is seeking a dedicated Order Taker – In-Room Dining. This pre-opening role is key to ensuring seamless, elegant, and personalized dining experiences for guests in the privacy of their rooms. The position requires exceptional communication, attention to detail, and a strong service-oriented attitude to reflect Hilton’s timeless luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage all in-room dining calls professionally, taking accurate guest orders.

• Provide menu recommendations, including specials and pairing suggestions.

• Accurately enter orders into the POS system and communicate with culinary and service teams.

• Confirm details with guests regarding timing, dietary preferences, and special requests.

• Coordinate timely delivery of orders to guest rooms.

• Handle billing and process payments as per Hilton policies.

• Address guest concerns with discretion and efficiency to ensure satisfaction.

• Maintain updated knowledge of menus, promotions, and hotel offerings.

• Keep the order desk organized and ensure proper recordkeeping.

• Support the in-room dining team with additional administrative and operational tasks.

Skills & Requirements:

• Previous experience in order-taking or guest services, preferably within luxury hospitality.

• Strong communication and telephone etiquette skills.

• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.

• Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office.

• Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.

• Professional, service-driven, and guest-focused personality.
