Delano Dubai, part of Ennismore’s luxury hospitality portfolio, is seeking an Order Taker – In Room Dining to deliver refined, efficient, and personalized guest service. Located on Bluewaters Island, Delano Dubai blends timeless elegance with vibrant energy. The role involves being the first point of contact for guests placing in-room dining orders, providing menu guidance, upselling, and coordinating with the kitchen to ensure seamless delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Answer in-room dining calls promptly and professionally following Delano service standards.

• Accurately take and process food and beverage orders via the POS system.

• Maintain detailed menu knowledge, including ingredients, dietary needs, and daily specials.

• Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure timely order preparation and delivery.

• Handle special requests and dietary restrictions with care.

• Follow up on orders to ensure guest satisfaction.

• Assist in overall IRD operations, including tray setups and amenities.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

• Uphold grooming standards and represent the Delano brand with confidence.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in luxury hospitality, high-end restaurants, or exclusive venues.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong operational knowledge of luxury hotel systems and service protocols.

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience preferred.

• Detail-oriented, guest-focused, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
