Teem Consulting FZC is seeking a skilled Oracle Financials (NetSuite) Specialist to join their team in Ras Al Khaimah. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with experience in Oracle Financials and a focus on NetSuite to contribute to the integration and optimization of enterprise-level financial systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Oracle Financials applications within the organization.

• Integrate business processes into the NetSuite environment.

• Consult with internal teams to streamline financial and HR-related operations through Oracle applications.

• Support implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Oracle modules, particularly in finance and HR.

• Provide expert-level advice to ensure efficient use of NetSuite and related Oracle solutions.

• Ensure system integrity, data accuracy, and compliance with financial standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Financials with a focus on NetSuite.

• Currently based in the UAE or India (preference given).

• Strong understanding of Oracle Financials modules, business process mapping, and ERP systems.

• Experience in implementing or supporting Oracle HR-related functions is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
