About the Role:
Chalhoub Group is looking for a motivated Warehouse Operative (FC Associate I) to join our logistics and distribution team in Dubai. The role involves supporting warehouse operations, including receiving shipments, preparing orders, dispatching goods, and ensuring smooth stock management. You will contribute to maintaining operational excellence while upholding our values of commitment, integrity, empathy, and flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, check, and store incoming consignments.

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.

• Manage dispatch operations, including checking, documentation, and vehicle loading.

• Perform scanning, wrapping, labeling, and other value-added services.

• Support stock replenishment, cycle counts, and verifications.

• Handle goods carefully, ensuring quality and accuracy.

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.

• Report stock defects, damages, equipment issues, or incidents promptly.

• Contribute to a cooperative and customer-focused work environment.

• Follow ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 health, safety, and environmental guidelines.

Requirements:

• 0 to 1 year of experience in a warehouse or distribution center (fresh graduates welcome).

• Strong teamwork and attention to detail.

• Willingness to learn and follow standard operating procedures.
