Afok Delivery Services, a rapidly growing last-mile logistics company in the UAE with over 400+ delivery staff, is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead and manage delivery operations across multiple hubs. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for someone with strong experience in logistics, team leadership, and tech-driven fleet management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations across various delivery zones and hubs

• Supervise and motivate a team of 400+ field employees, including riders, dispatchers, and supervisors

• Improve delivery KPIs like on-time performance, cost-efficiency, and service quality

• Collaborate with the tech/product team to enhance tracking tools, rider app functionality, and dashboards

• Ensure compliance with UAE labor, safety, and traffic regulations

• Drive hiring, onboarding, and training of operations staff

• Launch new delivery zones and scale operations efficiently

• Report to senior leadership and contribute to strategic planning

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or operations, preferably in last-mile delivery

• Proven track record of leading large-scale field operations and working with aggregators (e.g., Talabat, Deliveroo, Noon, Amazon)

• Strong knowledge of logistics software, routing systems, and fleet performance tools

• Hands-on leadership style with strategic thinking capabilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business; MBA is a plus

• Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
