Amazon is looking for an Operations Supervisor to oversee logistics and transportation operations at its Abu Dhabi facility. This role requires managing daily delivery station operations, monitoring performance metrics, supervising logistics assistants and delivery associates, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Supervision:

• Support the daily management of logistics operations and deputize for the Operations Manager when needed.
• Oversee delivery station activities, ensuring shipments are delivered efficiently and meeting KPIs.
• Supervise logistics assistants, coordinators, and delivery associates, ensuring smooth operations.

Performance Monitoring & Process Improvement:

• Monitor and track coordinator and associate performance, providing coaching as needed.
• Partner with internal departments to optimize logistics processes and operational efficiency.
• Communicate with delivery service providers to ensure high-quality performance.

Training & Staffing:

• Conduct interviews for associate roles and train new team members.
• Ensure proper briefing, workload management, and administrative accuracy.
• Assist in maintaining an efficient workforce through resourcing, training, and performance management.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Support tracking, trending, and reporting of site performance.
• Participate in physical activities such as lifting packages (up to 15 kg) and moving carts (up to 100 lbs).
• Work in different shifts and overtime as required.

• Experience in warehouse and logistics operations.
• Strong planning, performance tracking, and process improvement skills.
• Ability to manage teams, optimize workflows, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts and handle physical tasks.
