Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Monitor blockchain middle platform operations for stability and security.
🔹 Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues to minimize disruptions.
🔹 Work with IT and DevOps teams to implement updates and system enhancements.
🔹 Support process optimization and automation to improve workflow efficiency.
🔹 Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and security policies.
🔹 Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer support teams for smooth operations.
🔹 Maintain accurate records and generate reports on platform performance.

Key Requirements:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
✅ 3+ years of experience in platform operations, blockchain, cryptocurrency, or fintech.
✅ Strong understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency platforms.
✅ Hands-on experience in monitoring and troubleshooting system performance.
✅ Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and compliance requirements.
✅ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
