Job Overview:

Charterhouse is partnering with a global consultancy firm specializing in maritime services. We are seeking an Operations Specialist to oversee vessel services at international and remote ports. This role requires frequent travel and a high level of flexibility to ensure smooth execution of logistics, contract management, and port services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee service execution and contract supplies in the husbanding field across the Middle East region.

• Ensure compliance with client contracts and company guidelines while identifying cost-saving opportunities.

• Establish clear communication channels with global teams, clients, and local port agents.

• Prepare for ship visits and ensure high-quality service delivery.

• Conduct on-site operations, monitor conduct, provide agent training, and oversee audits or emergencies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in maritime, shipping, or logistics operations.

• Exposure to international markets is highly desirable.

• Ability to manage stressful situations and emergencies effectively.

• Willingness and readiness to travel frequently as required.

• Strong problem-solving, contract analysis, and stakeholder management skills.
