Job Title : Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data-Driven Operations

• Develop and maintain a data-driven decision-making system with accurate and complete data collection.
• Use data analysis tools to conduct in-depth research on user behavior and identify opportunities for product optimization.

2. Event Planning & Execution

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns aligned with company growth goals and user needs.
• Allocate resources, oversee execution, monitor performance, and evaluate event success to optimize outcomes.

3. User Retention & Conversion

• Design and implement user retention and conversion strategies to boost engagement.
• Analyze the user lifecycle and create multi-tier engagement strategies to improve conversion rates.

4. Cross-Department Collaboration

• Work closely with legal, branding/marketing, and business teams to execute operational strategies.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination for high-quality project execution.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in internet operations, with expertise in data-driven decision-making and event operations.
• Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and excellent analytical skills.
• Experience in e-commerce, gaming, foreign trade, or independent website operations is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, teamwork spirit, and resilience.
• Passion for the Web3 fintech industry with a willingness to learn.

Preferred Candidate:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in internet operations.
• Age: 21 – 35 years.
