Operations Manager (Resort Facility)
Elevate Investment Group Ras Al Khaimah , UAE

Elevate Investment Group is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of its resort facility and inflatable rental business in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operational efficiency, staff supervision, inventory management, delivery coordination, customer service, and safety compliance. This role requires strong organizational, multitasking, and leadership skills, ideally with experience in hospitality or related fields.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Operations & Supervision:

  • Oversee daily operations of the inflatable rental business.

  • Ensure all inflatable games and equipment are in proper working condition before delivery.

  • Supervise drivers, helpers, and support staff to ensure tasks are executed effectively.

Inventory & Maintenance:

  • Manage storage of inflatable games to ensure organization and protection from damage.

  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety and quality.

  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs, maintaining detailed records.

Delivery & Collection:

  • Organize and schedule deliveries and collections to customers.

  • Ensure proper handling procedures to prevent damage.

  • Monitor punctuality and quality of delivery/collection services.

Customer Service & Follow-up:

  • Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and complaints professionally.

  • Follow up with customers post-event to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

  • Resolve issues quickly to maintain the company’s reputation.

Safety & Compliance:

  • Ensure all inflatables meet safety standards before and during use.

  • Train staff on installation, dismantling, and safety protocols.

  • Maintain records of safety checks and customer guidelines.

Business Management:

  • Establish and maintain standards for accuracy, productivity, and reliability.

  • Prepare annual performance reviews and reevaluate processes.

  • Ensure regulatory, compliance, and legal rules are followed.

  • Manage the budget to align with business goals.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar operations role, preferably in hospitality or resort management.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask and work with multiple teams across business units.

  • Leadership skills and experience supervising staff.
