Quttainah Specialized Hospital – Dubai is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily business functions, ensure operational excellence, and support cross-functional teams. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for a dynamic, detail-oriented professional with strong multitasking and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish, implement, and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity, and reliability.

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the hospital, ensuring smooth coordination across all departments.

• Prepare and lead annual performance reviews; continuously evaluate and improve processes.

• Ensure full compliance with regulatory, legal, and health & safety requirements.

• Manage budgets effectively, aligning operational goals with business objectives.

• Collaborate closely with departments such as Front Office, IT, and Facilities Management.

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar operational management role (preferably in a healthcare setting).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

• Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple business units simultaneously.

• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field preferred.
