The Operations Manager at First Stop Delivery will oversee day-to-day operations of the motorbike fleet, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and exceptional service delivery. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing fleet performance, and driving profitability while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fleet Management: Manage motorbike fleet lifecycle, from acquisition to disposal. Maximize utilization, reduce downtime, and control costs.

• Operations Planning & Execution: Design and implement operational plans, coordinate with teams for efficient delivery and dispatch.

• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, train, and evaluate team performance. Foster a safety-oriented and productive team culture.

• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Establish KPIs, prepare reports on operational performance, and implement corrective actions based on data analysis.

• Customer Service Excellence: Address customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high service standards and long-term client relationships.

• Process Improvement & Innovation: Identify process improvements and integrate technology to boost productivity (e.g., fleet management software).

• Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with laws and safety regulations. Implement safety protocols and conduct regular inspections.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).

• Experience: 3–5 years in operations management, preferably in motorbike fleet or transportation. Experience in large fleet environments is a plus.

• Skills: Strong knowledge of fleet management, logistics, supply chain, and proficiency in fleet management software and data analytics. Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

• Additional Skills: Familiarity with safety regulations, compliance standards, and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
