Job Title: Operations Manager 

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to lead and oversee our chiller operations and cooling tower systems across various sites in the UAE. This leadership role is ideal for a technically proficient professional with strong managerial capabilities, proven field experience, and a background in technical sales or client servicing.

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing technical teams, ensuring system performance and compliance, and actively supporting business development through proposals and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and performance monitoring of chiller systems (air-cooled and water-cooled) and cooling towers.

• Lead, train, and manage on-site technical teams, including technicians and engineers.

• Ensure adherence to UAE safety and compliance regulations and energy optimization standards.

• Maintain strong communication with clients and deliver regular technical performance reports.

• Support technical sales activities, including site visits, proposal development, and securing new business.

• Collaborate with internal teams to implement preventive maintenance schedules and operational efficiency improvements.

• Coordinate with MEP, electro-mechanical, and BMS teams for system integration and troubleshooting.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in chiller/cooling tower operations within the UAE.

• Educational background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Diploma/Certification accepted).

• Proven leadership in managing field teams and client-facing roles.

• In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, central plant operations, and energy-saving techniques.

• Track record in technical sales, proposal writing, and customer relationship management.

• Proficient in reading technical drawings, manuals, and using automation systems like BMS.

• Strong understanding of UAE HSE standards, DEWA/DM requirements, and project documentation.

• Excellent communication in English (Arabic is a plus).
