Kinetic Business Solutions is hiring an experienced Operations Manager on behalf of a leading banking client in Umm Al Quwain, UAE. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on managing core banking operations while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the banking and financial services sector, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing centralized banking operations in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day banking operations including account opening, maintenance, and closure in compliance with internal and external regulations.

• Lead process automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.

• Foster and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Ensure robust system controls are in place to protect the operational environment.

• Coordinate and manage internal, external, and regulatory audits.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree is essential; MBA is an added advantage.

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager within the UAE’s Banking or Financial Services industry.

• Hands-on experience with centralized banking operations.

• In-depth knowledge of UAE banking regulations, compliance, and risk management.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Must be available for face-to-face interviews in Umm Al Quwain.
