Reporting directly to the CEO, this full-time, onsite position is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong business acumen and operational expertise. The Operations Manager will oversee both front-office functions like Sales & Marketing and back-office departments such as Logistics, Sales Support, Accounts, and Technical teams. The role demands excellent leadership, financial oversight, and strategic planning abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the CEO to implement business strategies and optimize performance across departments.

• Conduct regular team meetings, set deliverables, and drive accountability to meet performance targets.

• Manage project execution with attention to timelines, budgets, and quality.

• Guide financial planning, budgeting, and cost control to ensure sustained profitability.

• Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements to enhance business efficiency.

• Act as a brand ambassador for Minerva and its key partners in the market.

• Build strong relationships with suppliers, clients, and industry partners to drive growth.

• Coordinate with external vendors including marketing and web development teams to align operations.

• Introduce structure, metrics, and change management strategies to keep the company agile and competitive.

Requirements:

• 8–10 years of proven leadership experience in operations or general management roles.

• Strong financial skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance evaluation.

• Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and people management abilities.

• Strategic thinking with the capability to make quick, impactful business decisions.
