Job Title: Operations Manager 

Job Description:

We are a renowned cosmetics company seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our pharmacy-related operations across the UAE. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in the pharmacy sector, a well-established network with healthcare professionals, and the ability to design and execute strategies that drive market presence and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute operational strategies to strengthen the company’s footprint in pharmacy networks across the UAE

• Oversee daily operations, including product distribution, inventory management, and logistics for pharmacy channels

• Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy chains, independent pharmacies, and key decision-makers in the healthcare sector

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and regulatory teams to ensure product availability, compliance, and effective promotions

• Analyze operational performance and market trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and expansion

• Ensure adherence to UAE regulatory requirements and internal company policies

• Coordinate with suppliers, distributors, and internal departments to ensure smooth and timely product delivery

• Monitor operational budgets and expenses, implementing cost-effective measures where possible

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in the UAE pharmacy sector

• Strong professional network with doctors, pharmacists, and pharmacy management teams

• Proficiency in English (B2 or C1 level, spoken and written)

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field (preferred)

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and organizational skills
