Position: Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our holiday home portfolio. From managing housekeeping and maintenance to coordinating guest check-ins and onboarding new properties, you will play a key role in delivering seamless, high-quality guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Personally handle guest check-ins across assigned properties.

• Supervise daily property operations including cleaning, restocking, and maintenance.

• Lead and coordinate housekeeping teams and maintenance staff.

• Ensure every unit is guest-ready before arrival (cleanliness, inventory, functionality).

• Onboard new properties: inspections, compliance (DTCM), and listing readiness.

• Collaborate with the guest services team to resolve operational issues promptly.

• Monitor inventory levels and manage restocking of essential supplies.

• Maintain service quality and enforce brand standards to achieve 5-star reviews.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in hospitality or short-term rental operations.

• Skills: Excellent team coordination, multitasking, and organizational skills.

• Knowledge: Familiarity with Dubai’s DTCM regulations is essential.

• Technology: Comfortable with WhatsApp, Google Sheets, PMS systems.

• Language: Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).

• License: UAE driving license preferred (not mandatory).
