Job Title: Operations Manager 

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of MyPortfolioHost and Roomszy. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations, enhancing guest experiences, and optimizing property management activities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills who can coordinate various teams, manage logistics, ensure compliance with local regulations, and drive operational excellence across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily property operations including guest check-ins/check-outs, cleaning schedules, and maintenance coordination

• Manage and train on-the-ground operations staff, cleaners, and third-party vendors to ensure high service quality

• Ensure all properties are always guest-ready and align with brand standards

• Monitor and optimize operational KPIs, such as turnaround times, guest satisfaction scores, and occupancy rates

• Collaborate with the customer service team to handle guest issues swiftly and professionally

• Partner with marketing and revenue teams to align property availability, pricing, and promotional strategies

• Manage inventory, procurement for housekeeping, and maintenance supplies

• Ensure all operations comply with Dubai Tourism and Airbnb regulations

• Oversee the onboarding and setup of new properties, from furnishing to listing

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in operations, hospitality, property management, or a related field

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)

• Knowledge of Dubai’s short-term rental regulations is preferred

• Tech-savvy with experience using property management or booking platforms

• Valid UAE driver’s license preferred
