Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Operations Manager to oversee large-scale municipal waste collection and urban cleaning services in Abu Dhabi. This leadership role involves driving efficiency, ensuring compliance with service-level agreements, and managing daily operational activities in alignment with HSE standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise waste collection, street cleaning, and special campaign services in line with contractual obligations.

• Ensure performance against KPIs and avoid penalties through effective planning and monitoring.

• Analyze route efficiency, optimize resource allocation, and initiate cost-effective strategies.

• Lead teams by managing daily tasks, attendance, training, and performance evaluation.

• Coordinate with internal departments and government clients (e.g., Tadweer) to align service delivery.

• Prepare timely reports on operations, incidents, and audits for upper management.

• Maintain strict adherence to HSE standards and lead corrective actions when needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably Civil or Mechanical Engineering).

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in municipal solid waste (MSW) operations, preferably within the GCC.

• Hands-on expertise in street sweeping, collection, and transport operations at a large scale.

• Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.

• Additional certifications (e.g., PMP, Operations Management, Waste Management) are an advantage.

• Communication – Excellent verbal and written communication in English & Arabic.
