About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations & HR Generalist to oversee hiring, employee management, and administrative processes. This role involves negotiating salaries, processing employee visas, streamlining HR functions, and supporting daily operations. Your contributions will be essential in creating a seamless work environment that attracts and retains top talent at TKS.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Develop and standardize onboarding processes across all departments.
🔹 Oversee payroll, employee benefits, and expense tracking.
🔹 Guide employees through the visa application and approval process.
🔹 Maintain compliance with local labor laws and handle employee records/contracts.
🔹 Support recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates and scheduling interviews.
🔹 Coordinate team events, training sessions, and professional development programs.
🔹 Ensure smooth office operations for a great employee experience.

Skills & Requirements:

✔ Must be based in Dubai.
✔ Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, HR, or administration.
✔ Highly organized with the ability to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
✔ Strong communication skills to interact effectively with employees and leadership.
✔ Detail-oriented in managing administrative tasks and documentation.
✔ Proficient in payroll management, visa processing, and employee benefits.
✔ Adaptable and willing to take on evolving responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

💰 Salary: 8,000 – 10,000 AED/month
