Job Title: Operations Executive

Job Summary:

The Operations Executive is responsible for optimizing operational processes, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring seamless workflow across departments. This role requires strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, and a focus on continuous improvement to align operational goals with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Management

  • Develop and implement efficient operational processes and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Team Coordination

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and other departments to streamline operations.
  • Lead and motivate the operations team to achieve targets and enhance productivity.

Project Management

  • Manage operational projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Support cross-functional teams in achieving operational excellence.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Communicate operational performance updates and improvement areas to stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and terms.

Risk Management & Compliance

  • Identify potential operational risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Reporting & Data Analysis

  • Prepare regular reports on operational performance for management review.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management for process enhancement.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transport, Business Administration, or Operations Management.
2-3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in logistics and transport.
✔ Proven experience using the Dubai Trade platform (minimum 3 years).
✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational management software.
