Job Description:

Join Our Expanding Pet Services Team!

We are a rapidly growing company specializing in pet care services including boarding, daycare, grooming, and training. We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Operations Coordinator to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our on-site services. This role requires a keen attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the check-in and check-out process for dogs, ensuring all health and care requirements are communicated accurately to the team.

  • Relay important details such as feeding schedules, medication, and special care instructions to the staff.

  • Oversee the wellbeing of dogs on-site and escalate any concerns to the Customer Support team, keeping pet parents informed.

  • Manage food inventory, track consumption, and work with the Admin team to ensure timely payments and account management.

  • Coordinate and schedule veterinary visits, ensuring updates are shared with clients by the Customer Support team.

  • Monitor van schedules for transportation and mobile grooming, handling any delays and ensuring communication with the support team.

  • Maintain and replenish inventory for all service areas, liaising with suppliers when necessary.

  • Address client concerns and complaints with professionalism, empathy, and effective solutions.

  • Remain composed under pressure while handling multiple tasks in a high-energy environment.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Availability: 6 days a week, 10-hour shifts.

  • Experience in operations (pet-related industry experience is a plus).

  • A genuine passion for animals and comfort working with dogs of various sizes and temperaments.

  • Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate digital tools and systems.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to handle client frustrations and operational issues with a calm and solution-focused approach.

  • Location: Dubai Investment Park 2 (DIP 2).
